Suggested Use:
Fill the dropper with the desired serving size and squeeze under the tongue to let the oil absorb. Best to wait 30 seconds to 1 minute before swallowing the liquid. Administering the CBD oil serving under your tongue will allow the body to process the CBD more quickly and reach your bloodstream sooner. Choose your strength and amount according to your personal needs. We suggest 1 dropper 30 minutes before bedtime (approx. 1mL). Each bottle has approximately 30 servings.
Tinctures can also be mixed with food or drink as desired.
